Laws UK Web Hosting is a hosting company, we want you to get the best out of web hosting. Our network and servers are monitored constantly, in the event of a failure we are notified to deal with the problem as it happens.

We are proud to say that there are NO hidden charges associated with our products. The price you see, is the price you pay. Your account will be setup within a few hours of your order being verified and when your payment has been complete. During office hours, this is usually done within an hour of the original signup time.
Our Flexibility
Unlike a lot of other UK web hosts, we think you should be able to upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan at any time, so we make it easy for you to switch to a smaller or larger hosting package. Simply send us a ticket to request an upgrade or downgrade, and a member of staff will sort you out as quickly as possible!
Free technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Support is a right of service. Our support is provided for free. You'll find our support engineers to be knowledgeable people. We aim to respond to all technical support requests within 48 hours. All support issues are dealt with in order of priority via our ticket system. We will always rectify any problem pointed out to us as quickly as possible, however some problems take longer to solve than others, and it may not be possible with some to fix them within the time stated.
Outside normal business hours we deal with tickets on a priority basis only and may not answer some issues until the next business day if they are not that urgent.
Where an issue affects more than one web site we will notify all affected parties as soon as possible. This will normally be via via the status and support pages of our web site.
No minimum contract
When you open an account with us, you are secure in the knowledge that you can cancel at any time (see our Terms), giving you the peace of mind, if you feel you didn't then you aren't tied in. We may vary this term in conjunction with promotions and special offers but we will make that very clear any time we do in our Terms.
Payments
For all our payments we offer Paypal and Bank Transfers. It is safe and easy to pay, all from our client area. If you pay by Bank Transfer, we ask you to quote the invoice number for the reference, also your account will be activated or extended after payment is received. If you have no PayPal account, you can still use PayPal for a card payment easily and securely.
Our Servers
All our servers have the latest security patches with Linux Debian as their Operating System. We use Apache 2.2.x with mod_security2 and mod_evasive - so you have peace of mind with us doing our part to prevent vulnerabilities. We also have access to the updating Spam Email and server list, so you will be spared with a lot of spam, phishing emails, etc. Security is our top priority, however, although we do do our best at server level, we ask our valued customers to help us by making sure their accounts are equipt with the latest scripts, especially PHP scripts.
